Triple 000

Dial Triple Zero (000) for Police, Fire and Ambulance in an emergency or go directly to your local hospital emergency department. 
Hearing impaired callers can dial 106 by TTY or use other National Relay service in an emergency.

Lifeline is a national charity providing all Australians experiencing a personal crisis with access to 24 hours, 7 days a week crisis support and suicide prevention services.

Beyond Blue provides information and support to help everyone in Australia achieve their best possible mental health, whatever their age and wherever they live. Beyond Blue Support Service is available 24/7, for brief counselling, most calls last around 20 minutes or there is a webchat option.
